Pro Metal Buildings would love to help you design your perfect metal building. We have been a distributor of metal buildings for over 10 years. We are a family owned and operated business and take pride in the customer service we offer. Our sales team is here to answer any questions you have. Once you have finalized your order, we will process it through the corresponding manufacturer. That manufacturer will then confirm and accept (if applicable) your contract and they will be in charge of scheduling your installation as well as completing the construction of your building. We are still here to help, and will inquire with the manufacturer on your behalf, with any questions that may come up between ordering your building and the final installation.
PRIVACY NOTICE
At Pro Metal Buildings we value your privacy. We will never release, sell, loan or disclose your personal details in any way, except to further any order that you may place. Then we only give this information to the building manufacturer.
The information that we do collect is the minimum we need to process your quote or order and ensure that you receive 100% quality service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Pro Metal Buildings take great interest in the satisfaction of our customers, but we understand that sometimes your purchase of a metal building may need to be cancelled. Here is our policy about refunds regarding the down payment you’ve put down to start your order.
If you cancel your order within 60 days of the original order date, your down payment will be refunded minus a 15% processing fee. For
example if you paid a $300 down payment on your structure you will receive a refund of $255 (minus the $45 fee).
Once a revision has been made to an original order, the down payment is no longer refundable even within the first 60 days from order date.
If you cancel after 60 days from your original order date your down payment is not refundable.
If the plant has called you and set up a schedule for delivery and/or installation, your down payment is no longer refundable and you may be subject to an additional restocking fee from the plant.
If your building has been installed the full balance is non-refundable.
No returns are allowed once a building has been installed.
Refunds can take 5-10 business days to process,
